payment and shipping
The following conditions apply: Delivery is only domestic (Germany).
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €3.99 per order. From an order value of €35.00 we deliver free of charge.
delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 – 4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Accepted payment options
We offer you various payment methods. Simply choose the best payment method for you. Please note: The selected payment method partly determines the amount of the shipping costs. Shipping costs also vary for deliveries abroad. Within Germany, all deliveries from an order value of €35.00 are free of charge.
payment with credit card
To pay for the order with a bank card, you need the following credit card details:
- credit card number
- Credit card expiry date
- Enter the CVC
If all of this data has been entered correctly, it will be checked during the ordering process and then the payment will be made. All in all, this is a fast and convenient payment option on the Internet. In addition, the companies concerned are also making the payment process more secure.
Payment by direct transfer (Klarna)
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount immediately via the payment service provider Klarna, you need a bank account that is activated for online banking. You will then be directed to the page accordingly and guided through the payment process. Your account will be debited with the amount immediately afterwards.
Payment by invoice (Klarna)
The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive an invoice from Klarna for this purchase amount and have to pay it accordingly via Klarna. The best way to do this is with the payment service provider’s app.
Payment by installment purchase (Klarna)
The payment service provider also offers the option of paying the invoice amount in monthly installments. The procedure is otherwise identical to purchase on account. It should be noted that there is a minimum monthly rate (not very high).
You receive buyer protection for all transactions via Klarna. For orders up to EUR 100, this is even free of charge.
Payment via Google pay
You can conveniently pay for your order via Google pay. To do this, you have to save your credit card data once in Google Pay (on your cell phone) and can pay from then on without having to maintain the data again.
Payment via Apple Pay
You can conveniently pay for your order using Apple pay. To do this, you have to save your credit card data once in your wallet (on your mobile phone) and you can then pay without having to maintain the data again.
